BRISBANE WATER NP - WARRAH LOOKOUT - 1 MAY 2017

I caught up this morning with long time friend Mark.

We parked at Warrah Trig in Brisbane Water National Park and walked the short but pretty track to Warrah Lookout.

Warrah Lookout looks over Broken Bay which is the end of the Hawkesbury River. This morning it was obscured in fog. It was so pretty.

The sun was shining through the filtered light and had formed a circular rainbow on the fog bank below like a projector image. Even more amazing was our shadows which were in the centre of the circle. When we flapped our arms in a flying fashion the shadow drew the movements out so it was like having wings.

We chatted about many things of the present and the future.

Afterwards, we had a cappuccino while sitting on the sand at Pearl Beach.

I dropped Mark back at his son's home and he drove back to Canberra.
